This is a blog about my journey through a marathon training program, and the support from friends. I hope to run Dam to Dam 1/2 marathon and perhaps even a full marathon sometime. Before entering this training I have never run more than about 3 miles without stopping. Join me as I journey through the physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychological limits of myself. I'm setting goals I never thought imaginable, achieving goals I always thought others were crazy for setting!
